I Am Woman: the Dani Affair is Tom Peashey's first novel. The sequels, Escape From Iran: The Dani Affair Book 2 and Madam President: The Dani Affair Book 3 have now been released. In June of 2016, a 4th Book in the series was added with an historical twist - The Eunuch and Her Roman General - Takes place in Rome in the year 180 AD. He has also become quite active as an editor - especially working with British author Tanya Allan and the Late Katie Leon along with others. Born in Oswego, New York; Tom spent the last 45 years in the Rochester area - except for a recent three year stint in Seattle. A retired marketing man in defense electronics with three married children and six grandchildren, he now resides in Webster, NY with his wife of 45 years, Karen. He has considerable experience in international marketing, public relations and publicity. Tom is a recognized expert in non-profit fundraising and his lifelong hobby, Drum and Bugle Corps - a form of marching band activity. In 2006, Tom capped a 50-year drum corps avocation with his induction into the World Drum Corps Hall of Fame. This recognized his dedication to this pastime and his success in performance, instruction, adjudication, corps management and circuit management. His writings in this activity frequent trade publications and the Internet, and are well known throughout the United States, Europe and Japan. He plans on a number of books in the Dani Chronicles and will spend much of his retirement documenting the adventures of our favorite human rights advocate.
